Esi is a versatile professional with over 17 years’ experience in higher education (teaching courses including Leadership, HR Management, Negotiation and Organizational Behavior). She has over 12 years’ experience in setting up and managing a fully functional HR firm (Axis Human Capital Ltd); providing strategic leadership to several organizations that focus on civil society, including founding and managing an organization that supports ageing with dignity, through innovative programs and advocacy (the Association of Ghana’s Elders). Her expertise includes curriculum and program design, project management, management consulting (organizational development) strategic planning, coaching and facilitation, strategic communication, and advocacy.

Esi has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Affairs, Psychology and French from Florida State University, A Master of Arts in Social Science (Interdisciplinary) from the University of Chicago, a Master of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul University, and a PhD, in Public Administration from Rutger University- Newark.
